Can you really make money filling out online surveys?

I found a site that doesn't require a fee, but I am still skeptical. Is this too good to be true or can you actually make money?

I have received legitimate checks for completing surveys. They pay $5-$6 a survey depending on length. They will send you a check per survey.


Each survey takes about 10 minutes, on average. I did not find it to be a hassle; and I was never asked to purchase anything. Once you are done with the questions, the survey signs you out.





Sometimes, you will be asked to complete the official survey immediately following the screening questions. Other times, you will not be selected to participate in the survey depending on how you answer the screening questions.
Reply:i tried one of these kinds of sites a while back and although you can make a few bucks, you have to spend so long filling out the surveys, one leads to another and then another and you could spend hours and only get 4 - 5 dollars. Then what i found out was that even tho they say they are FREE, after you get about 2 -3 pages of surveys completed then they want you to purchase some magazines, or some kind of bull crap in order to proceed.





As far as I'm concerned, its not worth it. in a months time i probably spend about 15-20 hours and only got a $9 check in the mail.
Reply:Yes you really can make money by doing surveys for free. You can also get paid for doing other stuff for free such as signing up for offers, playing games, and viewing ads. I would never pay a fee to take surveys to get paid for them. Those are not the sites you want to go to. Stick with the free paying sites.
