What Online Surveys actually are real and pay?
The rule, as always, is to stay away from those that ask you to pay before you can get these surveys.
Legitimate market survey companies such as Pinecone Research recruit members based on demographic characteristics -- e.g. mothers of babies 0-12 years old -- and will send surveys of products and services targeting this demographic group. Pinecone Research, however, pays only $5 per survey -- you're definitely not going to be rich with that. They can give you anywhere from 1-5 at most surveys in a month.
Other companies simply ask you to answer as many research as possible, and you don't earn anything just the chance to win at a raffle (which I find lame).

How do I know which free paid online surveys are legit?
I've been to sites like GreenField.com and SurveyClub.com. The majority of the sites I've seen are free and don't ask for a start up fee or an upgrade fee. However, some of them offer ridiculous payments like $5-$75 a survey or up to $100/hr. just to answer questions. I know those are most likely scams to get my information. So what else should I look out for to make sure these sites aren't scams? Does anyone know of sites that you, or someone you know, has already joined with and found great success?

The ones I have completed offered a $50 incentive and that was in the form of a check in addition to the points I received for completing the initial survey. I have also done survey savy which has a great referral program if you know people who will join you get money for surveys they complete. I have also tried American Consumer Opinion. They pay by check in mail for all surveys, but I have not been able to complete many of their surveys. I did a lot of research before joining these three. You also need to be a regular email checker because if you don't respond to the survey fast enough they have met their quota.

Some cash prizes are up to $1,000 in these drawings.
Don't be sad though, there are legitimate ones. I remember finding one a while ago that literally would pay you for every survey you took and if you did product test groups, you would even keep the item. This was one of the 3 out of hundreds I have checked out before. I am a chaser of get-rich-quick schemes.

Doing surveys (on very few legitimate sites) sometimes does get you a free gift. These legitimate companies normally work for bigger businesses that are able to offer some freebies in exchange for some detailed feedback - in the form of surveys etc
Basically you will need to find a rare, good site and put in a hell of a lot of work to get something like a PS3. If you have that sort of time, are able to give your personal details away for a piece of electronics (even though its amazing xD) then you'll be able to get a free PS3.
The only other way i could think of is going on a mobile phone contract. Yes the overall cost will add up to around a little less then you would pay for both items singly, but you get a phone, good deal and a free gift like a PS3 or Wii.
Carphone warehouse has good deals with free stuff like PS3's

Here's an overview of how the system works. You sign up to a few traffic sources that can generate a massive amount of click through traffic. Send all these clicks to a PPC (Pay Per Click) search engine portal to convert it to cash. Build and grow your traffic and PPC downlines and your earnings will follow.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Begin by signing up at these traffic sources. Neterminator, Ciazo, Svior, Chounka and DeQuba.
For Company name fill in N/A (exception: DeQuba, you can leave Company name blank).
Login to your account and you will get your referral links. (looks like: http://neterminator.com/signup.php?REF=1... where "10059" is another unique number just for you)
Now copy/paste your referral link and Autosurf link (=link for Ougo browser) in notepad. You will need them later. Do this for each traffic program you signed up with.
2. Now signup to some PPC (Pay Per Click) search engine affiliate programs that offer a search portal. I suggest that you sign up to RotatorMaster, Rotatorqueen, ppcapraisal, ciazo, svior, chounka, dequba and Rigag and to at least 1 of the following programs: ClickVelox, subjecto, First zone, JustFeed, and CompactSearch.
RotatorMaster and Rigag will approve your account right away. It can take about 24 hours before your other accounts are approved. Usually they don't send an email, but you'll know that you're account is approved as soon as you are able to login. ClickVelox and JustFeed can take to 2-3 days to get approved, but also i found them the more cash earners.
Login to your account and copy/paste your referral link and portal link in notepad. Do this for each PPC program you signed up with.
3. Download and install the Ougo browser.
You will automaticly download the Ougo Messenger also. You won't need it so you can just delete the Ougo Messenger icon from your desktop.
4. Start the Ougo Browser by double clicking the icon on your desktop.
Click Tools, Developers, Analyst, Act, Setup.
When you click on Setup a little window will appear where you can paste your Autosurf URL's from the four traffic sources above (Neterminator, Ciazo, Svior and Chounka) one under the other. (See picture below, replace XXXXX with your own ID numbers; you already saved them to notepad in step 1).
Then also add your RotatorMaster and Rigag portal URL's. They look like: http://www.rotatormaster.com/redir_porta... and

(replace XXXXX with your own ID numbers; you already saved them to notepad in step 2).
Add your RotatorMaster portal URL four times and your Rigag portal URL also four times. You will have twelve portal URL's under each other. Then click on OK.
Note that if The list of URL Sets is empty you must click Append to create a new set first.
5. Then click in Ougo Browser Tools, Developers, Analyst, Six. You'll start the six window rotation and start earning credits. Try to let it run 24/7 to get more credits. More credits means more MONEY for you!
In case you shut the program or boot your computer, just repeat this step to start it all up again.
Important: Make sure that Allow ActiveX, Allow Cookies, Allow Files Downloading and Allow Pop-Up Messages are always turned off in the Ougo browser and that Enable Pop-Up Killer is always turned on. Click on Tools and check. Personally I also prefer to turn off Allow Pictures, so I don't see the adult content.
Please read Important Tips at the bottom of this page.
6. Now we are going to put your PPC portal URL's (except for your RotatorMaster and Rigag portal URL's) in three traffic accounts. We start with Ciazo: Login to your Ciazo account and click My Link. Then click Create new URL. Paste one of your PPC portal URL's (you already saved them to notepad in step 2). Check only Australia, Canada, United Kingdom and United States to maximize your earnings and then save. Do the same with the other portal URL's from the PPC programs that you signed up to in step 2.
Repeat this step with Svior and Chounka.
Don't put a PPC portal URL in Neterminator, but save your credits and transfer them to your DeQuba account to monotize them.
Note that you already put your RotatorMaster and Rigag portal URL's in your Ougo browser, so don't put them in Ciazo, Svior and Chounka also. You will earn faster when you put your RotatorMaster and Rigag portal URL's in the Ougo browser instead of in the traffic programs. However, the other portal URL's will always have to go in the traffic programs, you cannot put them in the Ougo browser, it will not work.
7. Your portal URL's will usually be approved within 24 hours, once approved select and change the state of one portal URL to Started. Your portal URL's will now be put in rotation and you will start making money! To maximize your earnings never enable more than one portal URL at a time. If you run too many you will dilute your traffic which will result in poor results and lower earnings. It is best to rotate them frequently (enable a different portal URL every day or even twice a day if you have a lot of traffic). This is to avoid getting suspended for too many clicks from the same IP.
You can make up to 5$ a day surfing on your own. The secret to this system is building your traffic and ppc downlines. The traffic and the ppc sources mentioned above all have a great referral program!
So start building your downline. First you need a free website editer like SeaMonkey. Download and install it and then open SeaMonkey by double clicking the icon on your desktop. Now copy/paste the URL of my page in the browser and click enter. Then click File (upper left corner) and then Edit Page. Now you can change all my referral links to yours (you already saved your referral links to notepad in step 1 and 2). Highlight text, click Link, paste your referral link and click OK. Please also change my email address (at the bottom of the page) to yours. When you are ready save the page as index.html in My Documents. Then upload it to a free host like 50Webs.
For the images to work you will need to download them seperately to your computer and then upload them to your server. First right click on each image and click save image as. Save them to My Pictures. Don't change the names. Then upload each of them to your server.
Promote the page you have created and watch your downline and earnings grow!
Important Tips:
- To clear the Ougo browser every time that you close it go to Tools, Ougo Browser Options and then click Clear, check all the options. Click Apply and then OK.
- You can turn off pictures in the Ougo browser. To do this click on Tools and then click on the V before Allow Pictures (the V should disappear). Unfortunately you will still see jpg pictures, but there are not that many of them and when you minimize Ougo to tray (see below) you won't see it at all anymore.
- IMPORTANT: Make sure that Allow ActiveX, Allow Cookies, Allow Files Downloading and Allow Pop-Up Messages are always turned off in the Ougo browser and that Enable Pop-Up Killer is always turned on. Click on Tools and check.
- You will need to use FireFox browser for normal every day surfing, because unlike Internet Explorer it is not affected by the disabled options in the Ougo browser.
- To minimize the Ougo browser to tray click Tools, then click Ougo Browser options and then Tray Options. Now you can turn on the tray options. When the Ougo browser is minimized to tray you won't even know it is there anymore; remember to open it every now and then to see if it is still running okay.
- Remember to check the Ougo browser several times a day to make sure it is still running okay. Sometimes it shuts down by itself and then you will need to start it up again. Try to let it run 24/7 to maximize your earnings. Every time when you check the Ougo browser close it and restart it, after that it will run without problems for a few hours again.
- To earn faster you can open more than one Ougo browser at a time. To do this you need more than one user account on your computer. If you don't have more user accounts on your computer already, first create 1 to 3 new user accounts that are protected with a password (important, otherwise it won't work).
To do this go to Start, Control Panel, User Accounts, Create New User Account etc., select Computer Administrator (not Limited) and create a password.
Then right-click on the Ougo browser icon on your desktop and click Copy to and then Desktop (create new shortcut).
You now have two Ougo browser icons on your desktop. Rename the new one to Ougo - Different User to keep them apart.
Now right-click on the new shortcut and then click on Properties. Go to the Shortcut tab , click on the button Advanced. In the little window that was opened, check the option Run with different credentials. Click on OK and close.
When you double-click on the new Ougo browser icon, a new window will open asking for a Username and a Password. Select the user that you have created and type the password . Click on OK, a new Ougo browser will open.
With that shortcut you can open as many Ougo browsers as you want. I suggest that you open no more than 4 or 5 at a time though.
- Use good anti spyware/virus software. Good free programs are SpywareBlaster, AVG Antivirus and Ad-aware SE Personal. They work good together. The program that I use myself is HitmanPro, it works very well with the Ougo browser.
- Promote your page to get many referrals.
- Statistics for the traffic and ppc programs are updated only once every 24 hours, so especially when you first start out you will need to be a little patient before you can see it is working.
- In RotatorMaster and Rigag you can request payment when you reach $50. They send a check in the mail. Payment can take up to 90 days.
Don't forget to sign up to Agloco. It is free and it has the potential to make you a lot of money!
Reply:While you're looking, this isn't a lot of extra money, but it's easy... both of these sites send you e-mails (about 1-3 a day) and you click the link, read the site for at least 1 minute, then get paid about 1-3 cents per e-mail. You also get money for every person you sign up and every person they sign up, so that's nice. I get a check for $25 about every 2-3 months. The first site pays more per e-mail than the second.

Having tried a few out, I decided to work as a virtual assistant, sourcing work on-line - like data entry jobs. Depending on your skills base this may be an option for you. These are real jobs that being outsourced by companies from around the world.

This is a step-by-step guide to making up to 28$ a day just by leaving your computer on. 28$ may not be much to brag about, but if you follow the procedure below and advertise your page to get referrals, this can quickly grow into a substantial monthly income!
This system is absolutely free, no expenses for you ever! You do need a PayPal and/or E-Gold account to receive your earnings.
Here's an overview of how the system works. You sign up to a few traffic sources that can generate a massive amount of click through traffic. Send all these clicks to a PPC (Pay Per Click) search engine portal to convert it to cash. Build and grow your traffic and PPC downlines and your earnings will follow.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Begin by signing up at these traffic sources. Neterminator, Ciazo, Svior, Chounka and DeQuba.
For Company name fill in N/A (exception: DeQuba, you can leave Company name blank).
Login to your account and you will get your referral links. (looks like: http://neterminator.com/signup.php?REF=1... where "10059" is another unique number just for you)
Now copy/paste your referral link and Autosurf link (=link for Ougo browser) in notepad. You will need them later. Do this for each traffic program you signed up with.
2. Now signup to some PPC (Pay Per Click) search engine affiliate programs that offer a search portal. I suggest that you sign up to RotatorMaster, Rotatorqueen, ppcapraisal, ciazo, svior, chounka, dequba and Rigag and to at least 1 of the following programs: ClickVelox, subjecto, First zone, JustFeed, and CompactSearch.
RotatorMaster and Rigag will approve your account right away. It can take about 24 hours before your other accounts are approved. Usually they don't send an email, but you'll know that you're account is approved as soon as you are able to login. ClickVelox and JustFeed can take to 2-3 days to get approved, but also i found them the more cash earners.
Login to your account and copy/paste your referral link and portal link in notepad. Do this for each PPC program you signed up with.
3. Download and install the Ougo browser.
You will automaticly download the Ougo Messenger also. You won't need it so you can just delete the Ougo Messenger icon from your desktop.
4. Start the Ougo Browser by double clicking the icon on your desktop.
Click Tools, Developers, Analyst, Act, Setup.
When you click on Setup a little window will appear where you can paste your Autosurf URL's from the four traffic sources above (Neterminator, Ciazo, Svior and Chounka) one under the other. (See picture below, replace XXXXX with your own ID numbers; you already saved them to notepad in step 1).
Then also add your RotatorMaster and Rigag portal URL's. They look like: http://www.rotatormaster.com/redir_porta... and

(replace XXXXX with your own ID numbers; you already saved them to notepad in step 2).
Add your RotatorMaster portal URL four times and your Rigag portal URL also four times. You will have twelve portal URL's under each other. Then click on OK.
Note that if The list of URL Sets is empty you must click Append to create a new set first.
5. Then click in Ougo Browser Tools, Developers, Analyst, Six. You'll start the six window rotation and start earning credits. Try to let it run 24/7 to get more credits. More credits means more MONEY for you!
In case you shut the program or boot your computer, just repeat this step to start it all up again.
Important: Make sure that Allow ActiveX, Allow Cookies, Allow Files Downloading and Allow Pop-Up Messages are always turned off in the Ougo browser and that Enable Pop-Up Killer is always turned on. Click on Tools and check. Personally I also prefer to turn off Allow Pictures, so I don't see the adult content.
Please read Important Tips at the bottom of this page.
6. Now we are going to put your PPC portal URL's (except for your RotatorMaster and Rigag portal URL's) in three traffic accounts. We start with Ciazo: Login to your Ciazo account and click My Link. Then click Create new URL. Paste one of your PPC portal URL's (you already saved them to notepad in step 2). Check only Australia, Canada, United Kingdom and United States to maximize your earnings and then save. Do the same with the other portal URL's from the PPC programs that you signed up to in step 2.
Repeat this step with Svior and Chounka.
Don't put a PPC portal URL in Neterminator, but save your credits and transfer them to your DeQuba account to monotize them.
Note that you already put your RotatorMaster and Rigag portal URL's in your Ougo browser, so don't put them in Ciazo, Svior and Chounka also. You will earn faster when you put your RotatorMaster and Rigag portal URL's in the Ougo browser instead of in the traffic programs. However, the other portal URL's will always have to go in the traffic programs, you cannot put them in the Ougo browser, it will not work.
7. Your portal URL's will usually be approved within 24 hours, once approved select and change the state of one portal URL to Started. Your portal URL's will now be put in rotation and you will start making money! To maximize your earnings never enable more than one portal URL at a time. If you run too many you will dilute your traffic which will result in poor results and lower earnings. It is best to rotate them frequently (enable a different portal URL every day or even twice a day if you have a lot of traffic). This is to avoid getting suspended for too many clicks from the same IP.
You can make up to 5$ a day surfing on your own. The secret to this system is building your traffic and ppc downlines. The traffic and the ppc sources mentioned above all have a great referral program!
So start building your downline. First you need a free website editer like SeaMonkey. Download and install it and then open SeaMonkey by double clicking the icon on your desktop. Now copy/paste the URL of my page in the browser and click enter. Then click File (upper left corner) and then Edit Page. Now you can change all my referral links to yours (you already saved your referral links to notepad in step 1 and 2). Highlight text, click Link, paste your referral link and click OK. Please also change my email address (at the bottom of the page) to yours. When you are ready save the page as index.html in My Documents. Then upload it to a free host like 50Webs.
For the images to work you will need to download them seperately to your computer and then upload them to your server. First right click on each image and click save image as. Save them to My Pictures. Don't change the names. Then upload each of them to your server.
Promote the page you have created and watch your downline and earnings grow!
Important Tips:
- To clear the Ougo browser every time that you close it go to Tools, Ougo Browser Options and then click Clear, check all the options. Click Apply and then OK.
- You can turn off pictures in the Ougo browser. To do this click on Tools and then click on the V before Allow Pictures (the V should disappear). Unfortunately you will still see jpg pictures, but there are not that many of them and when you minimize Ougo to tray (see below) you won't see it at all anymore.
- IMPORTANT: Make sure that Allow ActiveX, Allow Cookies, Allow Files Downloading and Allow Pop-Up Messages are always turned off in the Ougo browser and that Enable Pop-Up Killer is always turned on. Click on Tools and check.
- You will need to use FireFox browser for normal every day surfing, because unlike Internet Explorer it is not affected by the disabled options in the Ougo browser.
- To minimize the Ougo browser to tray click Tools, then click Ougo Browser options and then Tray Options. Now you can turn on the tray options. When the Ougo browser is minimized to tray you won't even know it is there anymore; remember to open it every now and then to see if it is still running okay.
- Remember to check the Ougo browser several times a day to make sure it is still running okay. Sometimes it shuts down by itself and then you will need to start it up again. Try to let it run 24/7 to maximize your earnings. Every time when you check the Ougo browser close it and restart it, after that it will run without problems for a few hours again.
- To earn faster you can open more than one Ougo browser at a time. To do this you need more than one user account on your computer. If you don't have more user accounts on your computer already, first create 1 to 3 new user accounts that are protected with a password (important, otherwise it won't work).
To do this go to Start, Control Panel, User Accounts, Create New User Account etc., select Computer Administrator (not Limited) and create a password.
Then right-click on the Ougo browser icon on your desktop and click Copy to and then Desktop (create new shortcut).
You now have two Ougo browser icons on your desktop. Rename the new one to Ougo - Different User to keep them apart.
Now right-click on the new shortcut and then click on Properties. Go to the Shortcut tab , click on the button Advanced. In the little window that was opened, check the option Run with different credentials. Click on OK and close.
When you double-click on the new Ougo browser icon, a new window will open asking for a Username and a Password. Select the user that you have created and type the password . Click on OK, a new Ougo browser will open.
With that shortcut you can open as many Ougo browsers as you want. I suggest that you open no more than 4 or 5 at a time though.
- Use good anti spyware/virus software. Good free programs are SpywareBlaster, AVG Antivirus and Ad-aware SE Personal. They work good together. The program that I use myself is HitmanPro, it works very well with the Ougo browser.
- Promote your page to get many referrals.
- Statistics for the traffic and ppc programs are updated only once every 24 hours, so especially when you first start out you will need to be a little patient before you can see it is working.
- In RotatorMaster and Rigag you can request payment when you reach $50. They send a check in the mail. Payment can take up to 90 days.
Don't forget to sign up to Agloco. It is free and it has the potential to make you a lot of money!
Reply:While you're looking, this isn't a lot of extra money, but it's easy... both of these sites send you e-mails (about 1-3 a day) and you click the link, read the site for at least 1 minute, then get paid about 1-3 cents per e-mail. I have also done survey savy which has a great referral program if you know people who will join you get money for surveys they complete. I have also tried American Consumer Opinion. They pay by check in mail for all surveys, but I have not been able to complete many of their surveys. Pinecone is also great. You have to have an invitation to join though. Right now they are looking for males over 18. Email me if you want the invitation. They send one or two surveys a month. They are great though cause you will have a few days or a week to answer the survey if you don't check your email religiously. Then they send a check in the mail pronto.

Surveys take a while to complete, and sometimes you only make $5 for 25 min. survey. I at least average $50 week since signing up last May working about 5-7 hours a week. Not bad I guess.
The trick is to sign up with at least 20-30 companies and use a separate email address solely for survey work. Good luck!

Reply:try to convince your parents that jagex runs a very secure site for runescape. there's other methods of paying for the membership, pay by phone, which you call in to the number, and they charge you for like a month of membership, and it goes to your phone bill. you can also pay by check each month, or use the credit card. i pay by credit card, and there's no extra charges, it's just a $5 charge to the card every month. they let you know each time you log in how many days of membership you have left, but if you subscribe by credit card it usually charges automatically every month.
if you think about it, a runescape membership is only $60 a year. it's very cheap. if you get a job, or if you save birthday or christmas money, you can easily get your $60 and give it to your parents, if they don't want to pay for it. that way, you get a year of membership and YOU earned it.

4. Offer to pay for it yourself if they still say no. Promise to them that you won't spend every waking moment on the computer. Make a promise sheet for you guys to sign saying what hours or how much time you are allowed to play Runescape if membership is allowed. Or another option is shorten or limit the membership by a few months, for example a six month limit. You can even spare out your monthly allowance in exchange for membership.

Reply:try to convince your parents that jagex runs a very secure site for runescape. there's other methods of paying for the membership, pay by phone, which you call in to the number, and they charge you for like a month of membership, and it goes to your phone bill. you can also pay by check each month, or use the credit card. i pay by credit card, and there's no extra charges, it's just a $5 charge to the card every month. they let you know each time you log in how many days of membership you have left, but if you subscribe by credit card it usually charges automatically every month.
if you think about it, a runescape membership is only $60 a year. it's very cheap. if you get a job, or if you save birthday or christmas money, you can easily get your $60 and give it to your parents, if they don't want to pay for it. that way, you get a year of membership and YOU earned it.

I will tell you my Walmart horror story and how I "solved the problem". I went to Walmart and was putting my infant son in the car when a "cult like" church group approached me pinned me in at the door of my car. They had bright blue t-shirts on and flyers for there church. I really did not listen to what they had to say just asked them to leave. I locked my car doors picked up my cell phone and called inside the store using the store number on my receipt. I called inside the store where I spoke with an associate who said "We know they are there and besides you are the only one to complain." Then she hung up. I went home and called Walmart corporate got thought to someone 45 minutes later who took my complaint down and told me a supervisor would call. Fifteen minutes later the supervisor called and apologized and begged me not to sue. The next day the store manager called begged me not to sue and told me the employee who I complained about was no longer with the company. I also never saw a church group in the parking lot after that point and Walmart put signs up all over the parking lot stating "No soliciting in parking lot." So I would say calling the corporate office is pretty effective. I did call on a Tuesday afternoon, however. I think they take customer service very seriously if not they would not pay an outside company for input. If you are trying to complain about a serious problem I would call direct and not to the store manager.

Sometimes, they have the customers telephone a number on the bottom of their sales receipts. This works well also. If I were going to complain about a specific store department or employee, I would contact the main library in my city. Then they will give you the updated information as to whom the present CEO is. Once you "certify" a letter to that person or even the President, you will get results. Dealing with the Customer Service Department, most often, is a b.s. situation. Peace, Love and God Bless.

I made the mistake of paying £50 for a lifetime membership with a company that said you got that many paid surveys a week you could earn £300 or more a week. After id signed up and got a pasword to the members only i joined all the ones i could and have made a total of £10.00 in 8 month, total rip off. I found a free one to join called Ciao, it pays between 40p and 2.00 per survey depending on the length but you are lucky to received 1 a week. Good Luck

This site is pretty cool. It's free to sign up, and they don't ask you for your address, credit card or anything too personal. You make like 1.25 for each person you refer this website to, and you make like 4 dollars for each survey you take. The only thing I hate about this site is that you have to make 75 dollars or more to cash out. And once you cash out, you have a choice you can either get your money through paypal and pay a 25 dollar fee, or you can get the money through mail without paying a fee. My cousin joined this a while ago and has made a lot of money. It really works and you don't have to pay anything. And one more thing I forgot to tell you. What's most important in developing an online survey is to keep it short, focused and interesting to the survey taker. Make the survey short and completely relevant to the survey taker. Long surveys will suffer from terrible "completion" rates and the results will be questionable at best.
Also, I'd recommend NOT paying people to take your survey as this will result in people providing any answer just to get the cash.

Other companies simply ask you to answer as many research as possible, and you don't earn anything just the chance to win at a raffle (which I find lame).

If you are looking to get extra money without having a forty hour week along with school, I believe you should check out selling Avon, Mary-Kay or Tupperware to people in your area. That is something that you could do in your spare time and not neglect your studies.
I personally wouldn't just give my information to any job and trust they would send me money for my time without checking with the better buisness burior..becuase you don't know who is on the other end receiving your personal information and what if any they will be doing with it.
