People say to stay away from programs that require up front fee's before they tell me how to make money.

Reply:All of these are wastes of time. There's no money to be made in survey's, clicking ads, filling out information, etc. For every form you fill out the vendor gets $10+ and you get $0.25. It's called CPL (cost per lead). How do I know this? I used to run one of them back when they were legitimate ways to make money (the 90's and early 2000's).
