Am I allowed to publish copies of different e-mails that I have received that invite me to complete surveys?

I am looking at compiling an eBook that showcases best practice examples of e-mail invites I have received from an array of companies inviting me to complete online surveys.

From a copyright perspective, am I allowed to publish e-mails that I "own"?

There may be circumstances under which that kind of publication is acceptable. You should consult a qualified Intellectual Property attorney to review the specific uses you have in mind, and do so before you publish.

  1. There is an amazing new opportunity that is trending online.

Major companies are paying people for giving their opinions!

You can make anywhere up to $5 - $75 per each survey!

And it is available to anybody in the world!
